Misael, a self-taught engineer, introduced the “Garrucha” in the region, a cable system that eases the transport of materials and coffee across the mountain, reducing a 25-minute journey to just 5 minutes. Specializing in the dry fermentation, or natural, coffee process, Misael and the entire family at Las Delicias have mastered this method, producing coffee of exceptional quality.
