At Finca La Esperanza in La Plata, Huila at 1,600 mamsl, Enrique Oidor and Dilma Sancho represent the fourth generation of coffee growers in their family. They decided to shift away from traditional production methods, and since partnering with Crecert Specialty Coffee, they now use prolonged dry and wet fermentation processes to offer unique flavor profiles for their clients. Hosting international visitors has given them new insights into the appreciation and impact of the coffee that begins and takes shape in their hands.
