About us

At CreCerT Specialty Coffee, our journey begins in the heart of Colombia's Huila region, renowned for its rich soil and ideal coffee-growing conditions. We are dedicated to bringing you the finest beans, cultivated with care by local farmers who share our passion for quality and sustainability. Our selection process is rigorous, ensuring each cup of coffee offers a unique experience that reflects the bean's origin and the farmers' dedication.

La Plata Huila

Nestled in the Andean highlands, La Plata Huila is the source of our exceptional coffee. This region's diverse climate contributes to the deep, complex flavors found in every bean we select. Our coffee is a tribute to La Plata's rich heritage and the remarkable terroir that nurtures our coffee from blossom to cup.

Family Owned

We are third-generation coffee producers, 100% from Huila, producing, marketing, and roasting specialty coffee from the region. We are 35 coffee-growing families committed to quality and the ecosystem, and in turn, Crecert Specialty Coffee recognizes the dedication and work of each family by paying 20% above national prices.

Speciality

Our expertise in specialty coffee is defined by our commitment to excellence and sustainability. Each bean is meticulously roasted to highlight its unique profile, honoring the journey from seed to cup. We continuously refine our craft to ensure that every sip of CreCerT coffee is an unparalleled experience of quality and taste.

A tribute to our origin

We pride ourselves on our direct trade practices, which not only guarantee the highest quality of coffee but also support the well-being of our farmers and their communities. CreCerT Specialty Coffee is more than just a brand; it's a celebration of culture, a commitment to environmental stewardship, and a testament to the craft of coffee making.

Led by women

We have an organizational component led by young women coffee farmers, who are responsible for operations control and technical follow-up, focused on promoting a more environmentally friendly production while still prioritizing quality.

An origin worth caring

We have been working since 2019 to implement sustainable practices on our coffee farms. We are located at altitudes between 1,450 and 2,000 meters above sea level and have 60 hectares cultivated with coffee, on the central Andes mountain range in the southwestern region of Huila.
