This line is characterized by its sweet flavor profile with notes of chocolate, caramel, red fruits, spiceses, and floral undertones, balanced by a medium-high acidity that creates a harmonious cup.
Atardecer showcases washed, honey, and natural processed coffees scoring 84+ points, each method revealing different dimensions of sweetness and body while maintaining the distinctive character of these exceptional origins.
Traceability & Transparency
Every micro-lot in the Atardecer line carries complete traceability information on the reverse of the roasted coffee package or in the traceability guide for green coffee, including the producer’s name, processing method, and varietal.
