Dawn features single-origin coffees from farms in La Argentina and Nátaga, Huila, regions where bright and citrus flavor profiles are naturally favored. Through controlled fermentation processes tailored specifically to each farm according to their unique characteristics and infrastructure, these inherent qualities are carefully enhanced, revealing notes of citrus, lemongrass, honey, panela (sugar cane), and yellow fruits.
This line showcases washed and semi-washed coffees scoring 84+ points, offering a clean, bright cup that captures the essence of these exceptional microclimates and the skill of dedicated producers.
Traceability & Transparency
Every micro-lot in the Amanecer line carries complete traceability information on the reverse of the roasted coffee package or in the traceability guide for green coffee, including the producer’s name, processing method, and varietal. This commitment ensures a transparent journey from farm to cup, honoring both the dedication of coffee growers and the mission of Crecert Specialty Coffee.
